Intelligent Coil Feeding with Precision Integration


The GS-CF Series features a smartly integrated feeding system for seamless coil handling. Coils are positioned onto the feeder vehicle by an overhead crane and automatically transferred to the uncoiler via a feeding cart. With manual visual centering, the coil enters the leveling and feeding unit smoothly—ensuring precise alignment, stable transport, and uninterrupted high-efficiency production.


Precise Sensing with Automatic Start-Stop Control


During continuous laser cutting, the coil material gradually rises within the buffer pit. When it reaches a predefined height, a photoelectric sensor triggers the unwinding system to automatically resume feeding. This intelligent start-stop mechanism ensures a stable, balanced material supply—optimizing automation and maintaining uninterrupted, high-efficiency processing.


Intelligent Adjustment for Seamless Operation


An integrated arc compensation system between the coil rack and leveling unit automatically balances speed variations across the unwinding, leveling, and laser cutting stages. Real-time monitoring by a photoelectric sensor halts the motor when the coil material reaches the lower limit, preventing overfeeding and ensuring continuous, precise cutting performance.
